Since our first meeting 20+ years ago to rebrand "Sandton Square" to "Mandela Square" our vision and original design has earned the owners compound profits. Liberty Group announced at the end of last year, that it had taken full ownership of Sandton's Nelson Mandela Square after paying R231 million for the 22.97% interest previously held by Transnet Pension Fund. Liberty, which owns 75% of Sandton City, recently announced plans to invest R1.77 billion in the expansion and refurbishment of the complex. Since the beginning years, the team has been on location of our conceptual project in Switzerland, France, Hong Kong and Mainland China. With the concepts proven and network nodes connected - we are gearing up to launch the multimodal construct under the banner of the Sauberman Foundation and its European equivelent, the Norange Foundation.
